Brewer's Notes
In our humble opinion, Black Spruce crafts some of the best New England Style IPA’s in AK, so for our first collaboration it seemed only fitting to pair up with them and take the NEIPA further into the culinary realm- Crème Pêche is a Milkshake IPA brewed with lactose in the kettle, then massively dry-hopped with Amarillo & Galaxy & fruited with peaches in the fermentor, and finally conditioned on vanilla beans in the brite. Bursting with intense aroma & flavor of creamy vanilla and peaches, it finishes smooth and full leaving you wondering if you should drink this beer for breakfast or dessert?!
