For Girdwoodification we brewed a special base beer designed to complement the vinous character of the wine barrel & mature with our house culture. Aged for 5 months in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels, this lends rich berry aromatics, fresh oak character & a balanced acidity, supported by bready malt sweetness.
