Brewer's Notes
In our first collab with Devils Club Brewing, we soaked up the knowledge from the Saison masters and added a GBC stamp by dry-hopping it. Fruit forward hops Motueka and Strata offer a soft yet pungent dankness that comes fast and diminishes slowly. German barley and spelt malts mingle with Canadian wheat to contribute a refreshing dryness that quenches your thirst. Bready malt depth and playful hop aroma are elevated by the Saison yeast.
