ESB is an acronym for Extra Special Bitter, an English-style Pale Ale that has a maltier profile than the typical American Pale Ale. Our ESB has a base malt profile that utilizes Maris Otter pale malt to impart a rich, slightly nutty flavor to the beer. The english yeast produces esters that provide a fruity profile to compliment the sweetness of the malts.
